We may consider adding some other tabs at some point in the future.

What you can do in the meantime is to create a playlist in iTunes that includes your podcasts. You could even create a Smart Playlist that updates as you update your podcasts. Then you can find your podcasts in the Playlists tab. Not perfect, but not bad either.

Hope that helps!

Sean.

Re: Anytune

Hi, I really like your app Anytune Pro! At present I go back to my iPod songs by artist to find the song again, but I know by how quickly the song is available that it must already be stored in the App. Is there a list of already imported songs available?

Re: In-App Store with ASTStoreKit – Tutorial Part 1

Hi, I have just pushed some fixes for these issues. I've had them solved for a while, but hadn't gotten around to pushing the update to github. Thanks for the nudge.

I basically just removed the UDID code altogether - it is likely unused by most people anyway (since the server side was never really completed). If one needs to track a device, then the idea would be generate a UDID (like your code above) and then store it in the keychain on the device and then tell the AStStoreKit which id to associate with the device by using the setUuid method... Anyway, it probably doesn't matter.

Re: In-App Store with ASTStoreKit – Tutorial Part 1

Hy there,

I was trying to implementing this framework into my app, but some methods are deprecated since IOS 5.0

Especially in ASTStoreController.m :

"paymentWithProductIdentifier" in the method
- (void)purchaseCompletionHandler:(NSString*)productIdentifier
customerIdentifier:(NSString*)customerIdentifier
productPromoCodeAvailable:(BOOL)productPromoCodeAvailable

and in ASTStoreServer.m :

"uniqueIdentifier" in the method :
- (NSString*)udid

I found we can change the second one into :
-(NSString *)uuid{
NSString *uuidString = nil;
CFUUIDRef uuid = CFUUIDCreate(NULL);
if (uuid) {
uuidString = (NSString *)CFUUIDCreateString(NULL, uuid);
CFRelease(uuid);
}
return [uuidString autorelease];
}

Is it correct?

But I have no idea about the first one....

Max.

xCode 4.3 / IOS 5.1

Re: Anytune

Hi Rob,

A fully zoomed in waveform and overview "scrubber" waveform are coming in Anytune 3. Zooming. Many loop regions are just too small to manipulate properly. You really need to offer zooming.
2. The pitch adjustment needs to offer cents in addition to semitones. Many songs are less than 1 semitones out of standard tuning.

Re: Anytune

Hi Marty, it should be doing that. The older devices are stuck at iOS 4.2.1. The older devices don't have enough CPU horsepower to handle the audio processing requirements.

I am sorry if you purchased Anytune and are unable to use it. You may contact Apple and explain the situation. They are likely to issue you a refund. Our focus has been on improving the user interface to allow for much more accurate setting of loop points which has been a longstanding request. We are also adding support for microphone input so that you can use an Apogee Jam or iRig etc, and hear yourself playing or singing along with the track. Recording of performances won't be in the next release, but we understand the value of it and it is on our list of items to add in a future update.

We are also planning on adding better options for exporting the song data (marks and so on), but I'm not sure at this point if it is going to make it into our 3.0 release.

With respect to a desktop version - we are currently very much focused on the mobile space (iPad and iPhone). We have discussed building a version for the Mac, but it's not really on our radar right now. Sorry. :(

Thank you for letting us know those things are important to you. It helps us to prioritize what we do in the next few releases.

Sean.
